Johannesburg Mom Donna tested both herself and her two children for food intolerances with the Optiway test and found the results really beneficial. She has implemented the results in her family’s meals according to their results:
· Cutting down on foods that were recommended to avoid on the test
· Eating more of what is recommended
· Reduced milk in the kid’s smoothies in the morning and now only puts yoghurt and water or almond milk and no yoghurt
· Cut down on eggs and cheese overall. Substituting with hummus.
Her daughter’s stomach has settled a lot and has stopped complaining about a sore stomach in the evening, which she always used to in the past.
